How can I find out what my home is worth?  How do I list my home?

 

The first thing we will need to do is evalute your home's value.  

I will pull data from MLS on sold homes in your neighborhood within the past 6 months - 1 year to determine what the appraised value might be.  This will be compiled into a CMA or Comparative Market Analysis.

 

Once I have completed your analysis, we will set an appointment to review your CMA report.  

From here, we will determine an asking price that is in tune with market conditions and your financial goals.

 

Once we agree upon a listing price, the next step is to sign a LIsting Agreement.  This allows me to market your home and details our partnership.

 

The next step is getting your home ready to put it on the market!!!
